My Payment method isn’t working why?

There are a few reasons why you might be experiencing difficulties processing your payment. Here are a few common things to try and check.

1. Ensure the country entered matches the country of payment card
2. Ensure the phone number entered is numbers not letters
3. Clear cache in your web browser
4. Try using a different email address
5. Try a different web browser e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari

Do I need an account to purchase products?

No you do not need an account to purchase products. You have the option to checkout as a Guest. Otherwise if you prefer, you can create a free account.

How do I signup for a free account?

You can signup by clicking REGISTER here. You can also find register in the menu under ‘Login’.

What payment methods can I pay with?

We accept payment via most Debit / Credit Card and Paypal.

How many times can I access my downloads?

Upon purchase, you can download your products as many times as you like and on as many devices as you like – yes thats right unlimited!

When will my order be sent?

Your order will be available to download immediately after checkout. You will receive the download links to the files immediately after payment on the order confirmation page, and also in ‘My Downloads‘. In addition, you will also receive a separate email with the download links as well.

Where is my digital download? I haven’t received any emails since my purchase.

Please check your Junk and Spam email folders. Occasionally email providers such as Outlook, Yahoo and Gmail send out emails to your junk/spam folders rather than your inbox. In rare circumstances it can take a short while for it to appear (up to 10 minutes).

What devices can I use to open the e-Books, and listen to the audio?

We recommend using a PC/Mac/Laptop to view and listen to your files, as it is the easiest and most user friendly way to learn with. Our files also work with Smart Phones e.g. iPhone, Android and Tablets e.g. iPad.

I am not getting a response from the live chat, how can I contact you?

Due to varying time zones we are not always online. However you can leave us a message along with your email address within the chat and we will get back to you as soon as possible – we are very responsive. In most cases you will hear from us within 2-3 hours and no more than 8 hours maximum.

I’m having trouble opening the .zip file/folder what should I do? I have never dealt with .zip files/folders before.

FAQs

Some of the larger files such as videos are stored inside .zip folders which means you need to extract the folder to view whats inside the folder. You can extract the folder with Winzip (default free tool on Windows or the default one on Mac). Right click the folder and click ‘Extract All’ to extract the folder, you should now see the files. We also recommend another free .zip file extractor (Winraryou can get it from this link, it works the same as the others mentioned above.
